Interesting. I like the part of the Barrington expansion that looks to put something in front of that hideous concrete fall where much of the bus stops are in front of Scotia Square. That is such a terrible block; at least the Delta on the other side has shop fronts. Although, it's not clear to me how they're going to do it. It looks like they're eating into a part of the street in the rendering.
As for the rest-- I actually think that triangular plot where International Place is proposed could be a nice place for a Flatiron style building. But who knows? Also, isn't International Place one of those developments like The Alexander, ongoing forever? Originally proposed in 1972 or something?

That's great to see Crombie showing off very ambitious renderings. But I'm not going to give them much credit until they actually get some shovels in the ground. Always plenty of fancy renderings, never any muddy shovels.
In the meantime, could they finally sell Park Lane to someone who is serious and willing to invest in the mall, and attract top end clients? It's like a sad 1980s weekend in there.
