Very funny, but all seriousness aside, the Vancouver House developer has just announced that an additional 35 stories will be added to the tower bringing it to a staggering 1,000 feet! City Hall gave instant approval without any hesitation.

Thanks for the entire-site pictures!

It took quite a while to kick-start this project but I have to say the digging is pretty fast. Just compare the photos of a mere 2 weeks ago and now.

I heard from a friend, not sure if its true so I wanted to know if you guys knew anything.

That for every unit sold, the buyer had the opportunity to pay (slightly) more to help build houses in a developing country.

I don't think purchasers have to pay extra but Westbank is going to provide funding from the sales to build 395 homes

That's great and everything, but we would need more social housing also in this city... Put that money towards our own public amenities.
