The fact that they haven't speaks to the relative health of that area as a residential destination. A bit too far North of the heart of downtown, I think it's a tough sell. Probably better to strike in other hotter areas for now. Novare can hold that spot for later when things fill in a bit more.
If the Post development goes forward and then someone drops another office building in one of those parking lots it will bring street life closer to Twelve Centennial Park. Right now that place seems like a bleak outpost.
