the roof will be fun, but its a pretty convential looking truss. it has a lighter load (basically itself and snow) to support, and vibrations from traffic Arnt a concern.

the rest of that structure will look like the top expanded part of the original td tower. Steel Colums, Beams and concrete floor.

the Pointy part, and some of the other features are also being done in steel. these i suspect will be more time consuming. there are 7 destinct phases for the steel work. there is alot more then you would think.
