Thanks for posting. 4 new loading bridges. 25,000 m2 expansion, bringing the total terminal size to 50,000 m2. Exciting times for Quebec City's airport.

The joke here is now that we're no longer considered a domestic flight, it'll probably be cheaper to fly to/from here.

Lots of comments from Newfoundlanders who regularly fly Air Canada from Asia and Europe being very excited to get some of that international-level service on domestic flights lol

YUL recorded a 2.9% increase in January compared to 2014, 6.5% for international flights.

Moderate growth, but interesting international numbers. YUL is a huge international airport for its size.

I suspect a lot of that is sun destinations, given the misery that was this winter. February will likely have an even bigger jump in international because of that.

I'm flying out of YUL Saturday to head to Florida... Haven't been to that airport in probably 8 years; can't wait to see it compared to YOW and YYZ

^^I flew AC with aeroplan points through YUL to Fort Lauderdale last month and I was impressed with the efficient snow removal at the Montreal airport. It snowed almost 10 cms the night before and my plane wasn't delayed at all, if I had gone through Pearson (which I purposely avoided) I'm sure my flights would have been delayed..
