The Quality Inn, one of the many nails in the coffin that completely killed Water Street East. It's a parking garage at street level down there.
Perhaps the poorest use of space in the downtown of any in-fill project in the city. Took a dense stretch of Duckworth Street and made it look like a resort village. And the stucco hit job on that Indian restaurant next door isn't so hot either.
Ugh...
And, of course, the former Newfoundland Telecom Building. It has been abandoned my entire life. It's right in the heart of downtown. It was supposed to become MIX Condos but that seems to have fallen through.
