^^ I agree that our tower should be top notch because it will be visible from everywhere around & from a distance.
In fact, it should be the most beautiful tower in the province... and unfortunately the architects are not even well know and they already did Complexe Jules-Dallaire wich is MEH.
I think we're in right to be afraid at the moment with the result.
