I really have a hard time understanding why you guys need a fix of skyline pics... once you've seen it many times from all possible angles, you've seen it. I can understand someone clicking on this thread once every 5 years or so to see how the skylines have slightly changed since the last time... but if it was strictly on topic and enforced, visiting more often than that would make no sense to me

Love that first shot of Vancouver. Especially the part near the upper right of the urban portion. Love density and small street fronts.

Especially since Canada has a very limited number of cities that actually have skylines to begin with.

It's not like... hey, check out Appleton, Wisconsin... who woulda thought it has a skyline like this!

Or... look at Chengdu people!

I love EAP! IMO it's our second most iconic building complex. From the west it actually takes the #1 spot.

That will change as the EV fills out and other taller buildings like Brookfield Place go up. Even Telus Sky is almost the same height at just a few meters shorter than the Bow.

Yeah they've done the same for some of their Calgary shots too, even though they just uploaded them to the site in the last week or two, they're actually from a around a year ago. Our skylines are changing too much for shots that old to be fully accurate

The shot you quoted wasn't of the skyline as a whole, it was a shot of a very narrow corridor that was meant to accentuate the enormity of The Bow. I know what you mean though for now, but things don't stay the same very long here. Stay tuned!

Yes, the bottom right but several blocks away from the tracks. This picture only captures a part of it.
