Thank you for the update! This one seems topped out and looks quite tall. How does it compare to Metroplace in person? I haven't been in the area for few months...

It looks a fair bit shorter than MetroPlace from most of the angles I saw it from - I don't think I got a single shot that shows both towers though.

Why have they concentrated most of the balconies on the east side? Smaller apartments will be facing the least-desirable east while bigger apartments will face west and north?

It's a decent looking tower.

Does anybody know if the blue plastic is just protecting glass they already put in, or does it mean that they haven't put glass in those windows yet? If the former, the tower is almost completely done!

Thanks for the great update. Metroplace gets all the fanfare, but I much prefer Silver. It was actually designed to be seen from more than one angle, and the top floors and roof are much better handled.

So here's something else. Silver as seen from Sovereign sub-penthouse (42nd floor) on a hazy Sunday.

The blue protective wrapping is finally removed from most of the building now.
I think the podium looks pretty good, I like the big turquoise stripe a lot.
