Yeah that block contains 2 of the 3 major east-west intersections in the South End, 25th Ave and Parliament Ave (the other being Gordon Rd). So they'd better handle the traffic flow correctly. I would imagine they would bar left turns out of the mall on 25th as well as Albert due to the likely increase in vehicle traffic this will bring. Or possible new traffic signals half-way down the block between 25th and Parliament? The other possibility is that they completely redo the entrances along the west side of the block (Rae St), but that would also likely mean lights at Rae and 25th (especially considering that it is a major bus transfer point).
It's hard to say how much it will affect volume on that block considering there are already 3 other grocery stores on South Albert (Coop, Sobeys, Safeway).
