I agree. Not to mention they may "green" the entire frontage of the parking garage with a living wall. . Most people don't know that he is also the chairman of the Schuylkill Banks (SRDC) trail across the river. He's given so much time and money to making the trail world class and its only going to get better.
And the big garage kicker, which all of us know, is the one acre park on top that is slated to be open to the public most of the time. The view from up there is going to be outstanding. Sunset instragram pics will be trending people. Sadly parking is still a reality but the big picture of this project is worth it and there is a way to make it 'pretty'.
