I'm not sure that it was 100% clear, but it wasn't at all reflective and it wasn't a particularly dark tint.

I totally agree.

Interesting how Mercers Tavern is shown on the Google Map, as every single time I drive by there since construction started I comment on what a gold mine these guys have with the positing of this place.

There's on large beam up on the west end now. Can anyone confirm if this is going to be roof level or if there's still more to go?

Do I read correctly? Given the intense loading requirements for a stadium facility, why would the city give way?

This isn't the arena, it's the casino, but it's getting approval as retail. Maybe there's loading spaces required for general retail that don't make sense for places like casinos where there's no merchandise? Although 39 loading spaces sounds high for any use.

If this is the casino then why isn't Casino and Other Gaming Establishments one of the uses. I don't think it is the casino in Block K is it?

The reduction in loading zones is reasonable because the City's loading zone requirements are ridiculous.

My information was that the Casino is, in fact, going to be in K Block. The zoning permits the use, so maybe they are building the envelop and everything else, and the intention is to change the use to casino once they are closer to completion to allow an easy transition from the existing to the new. It also reduces the noise that it would generate if you were to pull a DP with Casino as a use currently.

K block is 4 stories 2nd floor is the casino. But I was told the casino design hasn't be done yet. so that may be why the DP does not cover it.
