$650 sq ft...really, I wonder how many people can afford or would pay $325k for 500 sq feet, $650k for just 1000 sq ft. in that spot so close to noisy I35. If they can sell enough units by April to justify a fall groundbreaking, that would be astonishing and quite revealing on the caliber of the income of people moving here. It would also show again why the divide between the have and have nots continues to grow in Austin, which happens to have the largest divide of all the largest metros in the US per an article in 2/24/15 AAS.
