Answers:
1. We’re looking at an average price per sq.ft. of $650. 2/2’s will range between 1300 - 1550 sq.ft.
2. Reservations in the Spring - April time frame, breaking ground this fall
3. Not determined yet
4. Yes, unit mix of one’s & two’s on each side of the building
5. 1 per bedroom
