I disagree completely with that it should be facing 20th. It should be facing the primary road, otherwise you end up with a soulless, corridor of fences and backs of houses.

That said, yes, that is a Usonia failure. It truly fails architecturally, despite the fact that perfectly nice Usonia homes are literally just down the street.

In fact I'm not even sure how Usonia ever got their building permit for that house. The "fense" that is really walls of the house is not allowed. Either you can't have that much site coverage or the "fenses" are too high.
