Due to the outrageous burst of construction most people have forgotten to appreciate some historic buildings, now a days if you got the money you got the project. As a local resident in Nob Hill, I feel that the planning commission needs to step in more to help preserve the historic and old pieces. Now you can't entirely blame the commission its usually the developer who wants to design their sheik buildings. I hope that we can help preserve any remaining historic pieces.

I think planning should come in and bulldoze as much as they can but that's just me. They already preserve way too much junk. A two story brick building isn't historic its just old and has to go. Apple's new store is amazing.
