Not exactly. We are building Wallace & McDowell with concrete party walls between all units. Interior walls within each suite are still steel stud/drywall, as are the walls between the unit and the hallway, but the concrete party walls with definitely help cut down the noise.

Interesting, I've never seen that before. It would be quite obvious during construction.
