Probably, but pretty well the whole harbour is froze right now so they could just as well have taken a stroll across.

While Lake Ontario is fairly deep and thus remains mostly ice free even in very cold winters, thick ice tends to form along its shorelines and in the northeast of the lake around where it flows into the St. Lawrence. In Kingston, the entire channel between Kingston and Wolfe Island is frozen solid from about mid-January to about mid-March almost every year (once every 20-30 years you'll get a very mild winter where it remains ice-free, this last happened in 2011-12). The ice is thick enough to safely walk, skate, or often even drive a snowmobile, straight across the ice all the way to Wolfe Island. I'm actually going on a "ice-hiking" trip to Wolfe Island next week, about 5km across the ice.

On most websites, using Chrome, you can also hit ctrl+shift+J to open up the console, and you can scroll through highlighted elements without thinking too much about it. On that particular website it looks quicker just to look through the source, but sometimes the console is quicker and it will also occasionally get around sites that disable right-clicking.

(Thats another reason as well I am thinking of moving to Japan like Metro-One Did) Anyway I haven't really posted in these Message Boards in like forever xD lol, hopefully I can find another population thread to reclaim my relevance on there lol xD Also now that its 2015 Canada is fairly close to 36 Million People, I estimate by this summer we should reach that Milestone, as it is now Canada is less than 200,000 people away from hitting it. (Like Julyish or Early August). The 1st Quarter Estimates for 2015 aren't available from Statistic's Canada yet but if I had to make a Guess Canada's Population today is: 35,812,794 (Increasing By: 136,960 People from the Last Census Estimate of 35,675,834 October 1st 2014).
