Even though the developer may have decided to pull the web page, it seems that this project is moving forward (at the city's building department) as for I see it listed in the last couple of Den.gov Project Status Report posted on the web here:

page 8 (of 16), row 22 down which is as such there:

DUS-Block B - The Coloradan 2014D00448 17th & Wewatta 19-Story, 340-unit Multi-Family with R Mixed-Use T-MU-30 Steve Oliver

I think that this is basically good news and increases that likelihood that this project so start going upward.
