Nice. The BeltLine neighborhoods have taken attention from that area, but it's changing almost as rapidly. A thousand residences have already been added in the last year, and this will mean a thousand more are in progress. Heights at West Midtown has a second floor being framed out already. Speaking of Publix getting crowded...
I feel like this is the year Atlantic Station will announce something big for one of their many holes along 17th. It used to be a bit of a ghost town outside the mall, but between the new residents, the Millennium Gate museum (which is finally being marketed), and the Buddhist center crowds, the pedestrian activity has gotten as high as anywhere else in Midtown.
