Rooftop BBQ terrace for the win! My building only has a garden and kid's playground (there are no kids in these one bedroom units

my little cousin is one of few visitors who use it in the summer). Super lame. The gardens are under utilized and people don't maintain them.
I like the OV concept with their pool. Indoors and shared by a bunch of neighboring buildings to significantly split the costs. Even with the 1000+ units that have access to it with very short walking distance, it is still well under utilized. I wonder how much of their square foot strata fee goes to maintaining the pool.
Common BBQ is cheap and great for socializing. Hard to host a good party in a 550sf unit. As long as strata does a good job ensuring people clean up, I'm all for pitching in on a common kitchen and grand dining area that connects to a nice outdoor BBQ patio.
