We're not the smallest; Calgary (though likely a bit larger than us today), Edmonton and Winnipeg have stores. Salt Lake (1,140,483 ) is smaller than Ottawa (1,236,324), though Charlotte (2,335,358) is nearly double.

That said, it is a long shot... a very long shot.
