That first van one is cool. But it shows the 60s crappy single family homes that are very common

From the ground it looks ok. But from the mountain it looks overly conspicuous, brutalist, and incongruent with the rest of the view.

It's not that bad from that angle. I hate it, hate the style... but it's coherent, makes sense. It's a "pretty" example of that style.
