Thanks for the update, OD. Really digging the dark, reflective look of the window wall. Coming together nicely overall - maybe Pinnacle are realizing they don't need to build junk to turn a profit.
Down to 24 homes remaining from 29 in the last advertisement. Previously ad said sales center would close on November 30th but now it appears to have moved to 197 Walter Hardwick Ave.
Apparently Lido residents are moving in. Does anybody know what the deal is with the rentals? Were sales slow and they converted some to rentals? Any idea how many?

Wow... I would be very surprised if the sales are indeed weak for that development. I was expecting all the units to sell out without any problems.

The rentals are all in the east building. These units are Less desirable so They make sense as rentals. Bosa did the same thing with Citygate in the 1990s, though I think those might have been sold off by now. I think it was always their intention and not a reaction to poor sales.
The Lido units facing Main St. should have been retail. They appear to be townhouses from what I can tell on that picture.
edit: That must be the Quebec side with the residential units. Although arguably those should be retail at ground level as well, assuming we get a streetcar down Quebec in the medium term.
