The Winnipeg Goldeyes starting out playing baseball in the old Winnipeg Stadium, it was really an awful setup. Shaw Park is a great facility.

I wouldn't know what to do 11-20 - but my Top 10 is almost identical.

And, although it's almost certainly wrong, I'd include Mississauga, etc., with TO and Vancouver's suburbs with it, etc.

I bump QC way up because I love it - all of the old, that's my thing, plus the shape of their new buildings, that roll down the hillside angle of the skyline shots, it's just exceptionally beautiful to me.

Switch out Hamilton and Regina just because I find Regina's buildings more attractive.

Is it walkable? are there retail / restaurants in the base of those towers? or would the mall suck up most retail in the area?

I am genuinely puzzled as to why Quebec City is ranking so high on most of these lists. I mean, don't get my wrong, I absolutely love the city of Quebec but there's hardly a skyline there. Maybe I'm just wrong, but to me a skyline is....ummm...skycrapers? They seem to have a handful that form what seems to be a sort of unconnected picture as a skyline from the river, but without Frontenac it would be difficult to even put it in my top 20 list for Canada.

The skyline is not necessarily skyscrapers. It is the line(s) that the outline of the city and its buildings make against the backdrop of the sky.

It's just pretty. Tried finding a pic that includes the sloping angle of the new buildings with that old bulk just beside. It reminds of a WAY smaller version of Boston with Back Bay in the foreground.

Anyhow, couldn't find that but did find a cute picture of Gatineau.

Due to the angle and the age, that's actually missing about half our skyline.

The Terrasses de la Chaudière complex, with four buildings including the tallest in Ottawa-Gatineau (30 storeys) is completely hidden by the staircase type building on the left.

Plus there are two new buildings in the central cluster. And a small cluster of condo buildings to the far right of this but out of view.
