Looking great! I wish the color tone of this complex could be a bit darker / gray, but not too bad looking now either. Just imagine that this is the shortest of the towers to be.

I'm mostly concerned about the eventual streetscape and retail than anything else.
However, at least the spandrels are this dark shade, unlike The Sovereign.

Would've been nice to see some brick/stone used along street wall instead of painted concrete which never seems to age well

Most of the columns in the podium will be clad in limestone. The "paint" that you see is part of the waterproofing envelope. Also the far right lane of Kingsway will become part of the streetscape with a row of trees and a stone sidewalk.

That's weird, He just switched a majority of his PriceSmarts into Save Ons

Wonder how much longer that SafeWay on Kingsway and Royal Oak will last.

There are very specific reasons (union breaking, primarily) why certain Save-Ons remain PriceSmart.

Not so sure about the union status of that store. I imagine that Pattison would like to get away from the old Cave-On-Foods moniker if he can help it though.
