PCM? Just think of 45,000 panes of glass that had to be replaced in the historic metal muntins, tearing down all the stuff on the northwest side, building the plaza in the middle, massive bridge to the Beltline, auto ramps on the east side......
Replacing or fresh-installing climate control, electric, plumbing and lighting for 2 million square feet of a mostly 80 year old building.
I've had the luck of getting to tour it 4 times since Jamestown bought and I've been blown away each time with the progress.
The first office tenants took possession on Sep 1st and should be moving in early 2015. I think the apartments are way too expensive, but we'll see how that goes. Got to walk through a two-bedroom unit on the 6th floor a few weeks ago and it's nice, but wow, that's pricey.
