It's happening because it's called a city. We build things here. This sounds like people are disappearing and the government is oppressing the neighborhood.

This is like people coming into my bank to protest a transaction from 2002 (yes it's happened). Seriously 12 years is a long time. Sorry you dropped the ball, but if you really didn't like it, you would have stayed on top of it.
