No new renders showing the retail podium façade (which appears to have changed since it now has a sawtooth profile)

pretty disappointed by the lack of transparency in the protruding glass boxes. I thought low-iron glass would be a given, considering the importance of the interior amenity being visible to the public.

It looks to me like there is still protective plastic on the protruding box.

What's the reasoning for wanting them to be visible to the public? Will anybody care? As a member of the public, I couldn't care less if I can see inside the boxes.

It's hard to see in photos, but I think the glass on the protruding boxes looks fairly transparent (certainly compared to the other glazing):

I think from looking at the model and the renderings, it will be half-open (where the people are standing) and half-closed (the area behind and to the right of the people; where the trees and the jumboscreens will be).
