I don't think the walkley exit is the greatest example - I used it daily until today and it doesn't work we'll. People are constantly passing on the left and making an illegal right turn at the ramp terminal. The ramp is clearly over capacity - I would argue that a double right turn with a signal would solve the issue. This is now an urban interchange and should be treated that way.
Like someone mentioned above, the Hunt Club interchange is setup to accommodate a future link towards Innes road. In fact, someone in my office managed the EA while he worked for the city and he indicated that a second structure over the highway is planned once the link is built... don't know - will have to go back and take a look again.
