Agreed!

Besides having a looser set of bloggers encourages synergies between subjects that are not as separate as first appearance might suggest. And, a looser, less petrified blog encourages other users to become involved.

If one wants a dedicated "rah rah" site, there are other URLs that cater to that blog community.

Besides, while the Mountain West is the 3rd busiest forum site, we are not talking about many hundreds of viewers at one time, nor are we talking about member blogs that if not touched, rapidly disappear from page 1 of "Mountain West."

An excavation and shoring permit has already been submitted to the City for 1144 Fifteenth Street!

Sweet!! I was just thinking about riding my scooter over there tonight to see if anything was going down.

I was at the Rockies game last night and dreaming about how it was going to look. Also, I counted 10 cranes looking west from my seat.

Nah, the republican would still be working on securing public subsidies for private enterprise.

Probably an independent.

It was reported that the benches were heavily contaminated with asbestos and only a couple of the benches could be refurbished.

And a small retail space (2,800 sf) at the corner - if I am reading the plans correctly.

IIRC, don't quote me on this but, I think it's RedPeak doing this one? I wish I could plug a USB cable into my brain sometimes and download it. So cluttered.

Also found this on Davis Partnership for 9th and Colorado:

Unfortunately, that said backhoe is now gone. However, there are several port-o-potties on site. LOL. In all seriousness I think the backhoe might have been moved over to the Balfour site. I can see them doing some hefty ground work within the courtyard today.
