Yes. But it's shown that those 15-20K people largely come from elsewhere and not the city as the Argos season ticket base is mostly based in Woodbridge and Vaughn.
The Argos being second class remnants at Rogers get a lot of rump dates to host games, try weekend at evening model the Argos use for much of the season, I am not sure how successful it is but If the team died tommrow, nobody in Toronto would care.
The City hasn't cared about the Argos since the late 70's and they spent a generation not on TV, people my age growing up would of never seen a Argo game unless it was the GC, live, etc.
