We've had this argument before, and most people seem to agree with me.

The way you type actually shows your childlike hubris, I didn't write anything untoward in my entire post. Just facts and a construction update. If you don't like it, stop being a 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 bully for once and get over yourself. Even Ramako (the creator of these threads) said he agrees more with the roof scale. When was the last time the tallest UC/proposed outside of the GTA activated? 6 months? more? Also, I'm not sorry to say, neither of those lists are lop sided, even though you complain that they are. Metro Van has the lead, but at least every city over a million had a spot on them. They certainly have their use, since Toronto was virtually the only city represented in most construction threads until quite recently.

The airiness of the crown should soften the look of the stark contrast between the light window-wall and dark curtainwall.

Nothing in Toronto could ever be Tour Montparnasse. That would mean Toronto is such a beautiful city at ground level it could be astethically destroyed by a single skyscraper.

According to someone on here working at Brookfield Place, they will be pouring a 2000 tonne raft slab in about 3 weeks. They will also be erecting the second tower crane in about 2 weeks.

Hey, I don't even remember posting that. One too many pain killers, I guess. The subject matter still applies. Chad is a great contributor to a degree. He should respect how the list is compiled even if he disagrees with how things are measured.

I like all of it. I think it would look kind of boring as just a really tall cylinder. The boxes on the side give it variance and seem to point towards the growth of the tower, if that makes any sense.
