I do faintly recall mention of a possible Saint Mary's Cathedral development on the vacant land around the cathedral. Wasn't Francis Fares mentioned as giving the Cathedral advice (wasn't there a story in the allnovascotia.com?). That would have been at least a couple of years ago.
