Umm where did you get that piece of information? Ridership is actually going to be high for the type of region the LRT route is serving, and the small population size.
Are you aware the daily ridership on the initial line is going to be higher than LRT lines in cities with 1 or 2 million people in them, in the USA?
The current central transit corridor bus routes already are carrying more people each day than many LRT lines in other cities. Ridership is currently about 25,000 a day.
