What he, and I, and I am sure others are saying is that we understand you are being sarcastic, and trying to be pessimistic, but we all get the point now. No need to keep posting the Phoenix Sheraton hotel. We know you are trying to be positive, but no need to keep bringing the PHX hotel up. You doing so has gotten pretty old now. Thanks.

Also your little, "lol" shows your insecurities and weakness.

Does anyone know if there are any plans to do anything with the parking lot just north of the Little America?

It always amazes me how they can take a building down right next to a busy street or adjacent buildings without incident. It's got to be delicate work performed by very skilled heavy equipment operators. I could set up a lawn chair and watch this stuff for hours!

I drove by the site for the new library apartments yesterday, and there's crews full swing removing dirt.

Oh Okay, I remember liking those a lot. Man, when you guys start doing construction update pics of these apartment complexes, you're going to have to include a rendering. There's getting to be so many I can't remember which is which anymore.

I really do not know of official plans, but the engineers at my work were asked to give the church headquarters an assessment of cost and feasibility of moving out to 400 S and Main. BUT, it never gets my hopes up because the same thing happened for city creek and it was shot down fast after the big wigs found out how much it would cost.

We can't stay in our current location forever, so at some point we will move.

Great pics CofIKid. I didn't realize the new Tower 101 had that small wing/extension going to the south and blocking the view of the parking structure. Very cool.

^^^ I thought I remembered reading that they were forced by the city to build that ground level retail in front of the garage. I'm glad they did.

Pac 111

I was just wondering if we wanted a thread dedicated to The PAC and 111? We had a 222 thread and the PAC and 111 is a bigger project. If the majority think we should I'll start one.
