Seriously?
Property Reserve doesn't own the theater, they developing, owning and leasing the tower. They can't control the content of what shows at the PAC any more than Nuemont University can control the content. The land is owned by the city and the facility will be managed by the county arts.
I think Utaaah is exactly right. Hamilton sold there development interest to Property Reserve for one of those two reason. They approached PR or PR approached them, either way they saw it as a way to free up capital for another project. Maybe that project is here, maybe it's not, 111 is still being built and will definitely add to our skyline. Considering the design was changed a long time ago I doubt it had anything to do with PR developing the tower.
