One Yonge is going through the processes. Common sense suggests it will be changed but, a final decision on what has been proposed has yet to be made.

The city is currently working with the developer with the express purpose of getting
this proposal (albeit a scaled-down and more heritage-sensitive version) approved. I don't know how you can't call this an official proposal when the city has literally set up working groups to shepherd this project through the approval process.
