the 3d printing tech is almost there. once it's set, i predict a boom, we're like 5-10 years from a massive return to ornament, i predict.

This may not be a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but if he starts getting more projects around the city it will definitely become tiresome.

he's very old, so it might not be that he's designing for much longer, but yeah, his post modern-style isn't really to my liking either, even if i prefer it to the darth vader-esque building that barnett had smith and gill put together for 225 w57th.
