Well, considering that our population is heavily concentrated in an 80-by-15 mile strip, a population of 3 million is much more substantial than in those states that spread their populations thinner over much more area. And at 30th place, that would put our population past those of 20 other states - right about in the middle of the pack.

I`ll take Iowa`s population any day:
