I agree EP, 500 W while is has some density, it is very uninteresting and there is no reason for anyone to venture onto it, particularly from the Gateway if they don't live on it. The Alta project is going to be approx 500' of approx the same height and very similar facade pattern with the only pedestrian entrance at the corner. BORING!
I expressed that "wall" effect at the PC meeting and non of them agreed. Sorry but to me 500' of non interaction is very very boring and not pedestrian friendly.
