Here is an early rendering of the project. The article does not mention a potential art gallery space in the project as I had hoped. It does mention that Amli had the site under contract with plans to build a 320-unit apartment tower, but Wieland decided not to let the property go because he wanted to make sure something "nice" was built across from the High. Wieland says he already has some reservations for the condos and hopes to break ground in April.
