any reputable plumbing firm should be able to diagnose and replace a faulty sensor. if it's a gas hot water tank you might want to request that the individual responding to the call has his gas ticket...

I happened to see a rough plan of the Grandin Mall redevelopment. Looks like this has been revived.AGAIN no big tower sections or office space. but about 15 "Maket Condos" ( I am guessing about 4-6 stories each), and a few rental pads.

That's too bad, I liked the prior plans. Was it your impression they were tearing down the office tower? That would be less unfortunate; it's hideous. I used to work in there a number of years ago.

Only got a quick look but there appeared to be 2structures that overlapped the current tower structure

Much better. If only the South building wasn't that much of a monstrosity. It's a shame that it takes public backlash regarding one of downtown's most prominent intersections for them to get their act together. Still, I commend them for stepping up, but Mayfair South still bugs me to no end.

yes much butter... too bad the north wall of the south tower is just a slab of crap with no windows on it; as the north tower was to jut up against it.

Mayfair South wouldn't have looked bad if Procura had followed through on their original plans vis a vis Mayfair North. Now? All on its own, it sticks out like a vapid sore thumb.
