I guess you never set foot in the exchange district.
There are thousands upon thousands of people who walk through, drive by, shop, party, attend concerts in the exchange district without residing there. Their opnion is of no value? They can't think this is bad or good for the neighbourhood? Totally disagree. If someone wants to express their opinon on a projectthat affects one of Winnipeg's jewel neighbourhoods, for or against, they should speak up.
