I have no problem with the Ring Road and Perimeter, with a focus on goods transport. I don't like the idea of bulking up expressways for commuting purposes.

Although they are still seeking tenants for this proposal,it's nice to here there's an update on this project. I really would like to see it proceed.

^^It would be nice to see that go through so it feels like there is a bit more of a connection between downtown and the forks at that spot.

It really would be wouldn't it as it's such a desolate little stretch that just screams, build here!

I was hoping someone from 5468796 architecture here would give us a heads up on any progress but it still seems that tenants are still part of the problem as mentioned in the update..

It'll be nice for the U of M to have something like that... unless I'm forgetting something, I don't think it has a proper music auditorium.
