I was just speaking with a photographer that is employed by Comcast and was trying to pick his brain about the new tower. So I asked him if he has seen any renderings and how tall it would be, he answerd " they are keeping it very tight lipped " I asked who is they he said " the British architects are in a room working with the architect photographer who's job is taking photos of the renderings. I kept pressing him about the height and he said " they want to make it taller but just enough that you can see the deference with the exciting tower " he went onto mention 200 to 300 feet of deference would achieve that goal. That's all people it's happening sooner rather then later. By my estamation I think we break 1000 feet for the first time. All this is so exciting and I think Phillys future should include a building at 1776 feet. So wishfull thinking: the new Comcast tower hopefully reaches for the stars

Approved but construction to start summer of 2015? Why not summer of 2014? Sounds like it is not going to happen.
Probably still looking for financing/investors. 660 million dollar project. Can't imagine they will start all 4 buildings at once...maybe phases as the apartments get leased up to a certain percentage, then they will start next phase.
