Approved but construction to start summer of 2015? Why not summer of 2014? Sounds like it is not going to happen.
Probably still looking for financing/investors. 660 million dollar project. Can't imagine they will start all 4 buildings at once...maybe phases as the apartments get leased up to a certain percentage, then they will start next phase.

Can't wait to see your effort summer! And if its over 1000 feet color me happy. Maybe 1300? I would dance naked.
