This is outstanding and awesome news. Pearl also just built the fantastic Granary and then sold it for a healthy profit.
My guess is this Chestnut Street project will be finished before 1900 Arch

pearl might be the best residential developer in Center City. This is no wannabe flipper . This is no Goldenberg. This is no Grasso. These guys have been getting things done and its all top notch.They get it. Build nice stuff and its good for them, the city and the residents who live there.
