Can I ask for some opinions on the town homes and "terrace homes" as I'm considering buying into this project?

Hard to have an opinion until we see the prices. They're having a launch on Saturday so I guess prices will be available then.

There are artists impressions of the townhomes and terrace homes on the Minto website.
