undetermined at this time.
However, with this is mind, Colliers Q2 Saskatoon Office Market Report is dated for June 2013 and still states that the River Center 2 is a 11 storey 177,000 sq/ft project. I do remember hearing media reports about the down scaling on the project and do remember discussing it on this forum.
It is hard to find any information on the actual development from Triovest or Greystone though. I've searched on both their websites and nothing about River Center 2.
