KPMG very likely yes

Dynacare not going to pay these rates and the space is likely a bit awkward for them.

Stantec will be most if not all of a new tower.

Yes, Dynacare is a poor fit for a high rise office. When they reloacte, look for them to be in a campus style building with easy vehicle access.

A prominent tenant in the 101st tower is also likely to sign at the KR, but I don't think they have penned anything just yet

I haven't made it out to commonwealth since the seats were replaced, but I came across this, courtesy City of Edmonton photo gallery:

Bottom great - top - Sask Roughrider color

Actually, I went to a proffessional game there once. Back when Warren Moon was playing there. It's a good stadium. No need for a new one, like what is going on in other places.

Yup. Our season seats there have been changed for a couple games now. I think since the pre-season game. They only had one section to go two weeks ago after that heartbreaking loss to Hamilton. Looks great. Now all we need to do is win some football games!

It was more of a reference to the disgracefull performance of this franchise over the last six years or so.

Correction for all of us: DynaLife.

That implies a suburban location. I don't want them to leave downtown...hate to lose another employment node to the burbs.

They are taking up both floors of the AIMCo podium, so that's why I figured they would be a good candidate for office tower space.

I'm not a fan of the two different shades of green at Commonwealth. Still, a big improvement over the old red/orange ones.

I'm sure their staff would appreciate some natural light/windows but I can't see it happening. DynaLife is owned by a US private equity firm and it is a cash machine form them. I don't see them splurging on AAA space.

At the City of Edmonton with the EFCL giving feedback on 'developing a strategy for the zoning bylaw review of multiunit project development regulations'.

Good to see more discussion and work on this.

Oops.. I got my "dyna's" mixed up. Did a clean room for Dynacare.. Did a pneumatic retrofit for Dynalife. But I digress.. They've been talking about moving for years, and I think they'll almost certainly move out of the downtown based on the conversations I had

Bear in mind they don't actually occupy the full two floors. A large portion of the main level has 30' ceilings

^ Nah the "Dyna" mix-up was my fault. I was confusing one bland cookie-cutter company name for another.

The Hendrix

A 29 story LEED Silver residential tower is proposed for the site, with a two story podium consisting of street oriented row housing. The historic John T. Ross Residence will be preserved and shall be a determining factor in the scale, form and materiality of the row houses that front onto 111th Street and 98th Avenue.

The Hendrix is currently going through the entitlement process.

Wow fox looks like just one more level and it's at ground floor! anyone remember when this project started? Seems to me like it's going by fast but maybe that's b/c I've been working out of town for a while.
